- Suspected stroke: face drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulty
- Severe or uncontrolled bleeding
- Loss of consciousness or unresponsiveness
- Severe head injury
- Spinal injury with weakness or numbness
- Severe allergic reaction
- Suspected overdose or poisoning
- Severe abdominal pain
- Any condition you believe may be life-threatening
When urgent care or orthopedic evaluation is appropriate.
